1.What carrier do you use for shipping? We use both FedEx and UPS, depending on your location


2.How long does it take to ship my bed: we are a small team, but we work hard to fulfill all orders in timely manner. It takes anywhere between couple od days to two weeks to get you order shipped.
 

3. Whats your return policy?
We stand by our products, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

4. What foam do you use?
We use only CertiPur-US certified orthopedic foam. First layer is stabilizing and top layer is a memory foam, to provide ultimate comfort.
CertiPUR-US certified foams are:
Made without formaldehyde
Made without ozone depleters
Made without phthalates regulated by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission
Made without mercury, lead and other heavy metals
Low VOC (volatile organic compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million)
Screened for relevant chemicals, including flame retardants, that are classified as carcinogens, mutagens or reproductive toxins and are harmful to human health

All our products are proudly made in Texas, USA.
