We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your pet's new bed, simply contact us within 30 days of placing your order, and we'll assist you with the return or exchange process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand by our products, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
PetBed USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you haven’t received your package for any reason, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
